Our worship is profoundly enriched by traditional congregational music, serving as a cornerstone of our spiritual gatherings. This blend of classical, traditional, contemporary and gospel pieces creates a resonant atmosphere, drawing from The Hymnal 1982, Lift Every Voice and Sing II, and Wonder, Love, and Praise. These collections span centuries, offering a rich tapestry of hymns and spiritual songs.
Central to our music ministry is Jo Anna Hoppe, our organist, whose musical gifts and creativity enrich every service. Her performances, particularly the demanding pieces for prelude and postlude, are not just musical acts but deep expressions of worship, preparing our congregation for prayer and reflection.
This musical blend, spearheaded by Jo Anna’s talent and congregational participation, offers a vibrant worship experience that connects us to the divine.
